Several months ago, we had a walk-in customer named Rose. She was looking for information on signs for her daughter’s hair salon, Diva Den, in Carrollton, VA. Rose let us know that she had already contacted another sign company and had received a quote from them. She was looking to find another sign company to do a quote as the previous quote was too high. Rose needed a door sign, a lit channel letter sign with a timer, and a panel sign for the monument at the street. We were able to get her the quote that same day. We were also willing to work with Rose and her daughter, Ebony, to meet their budget.
Rose and Ebony accepted our quote. Rose came in the next day to pay and decided she wanted us to also make some yard signs to help promote the business until the channel letter sign could be installed. We were able to design, print, and fabricate those signs and Rose picked them up later that same day. We were able to go out to the salon the same week we issued the quote and install the panel sign at the road and the cut vinyl on her door.
We then had the long process of waiting for the city to approve the permits for the channel letter sign that would be installed on the front of the business. This process took awhile….longer than we expected. Ebony and Rose were very patient during this process. The sign was finished on September 10th but we needed to wait for better weather before we could install. The sign was installed on September 17th and the timer was added on September 19th.
